At the end of the course, you will have to take a test. You will need to do this before you can apply for your license as a realtor.

The test consists of 60-100 questions regarding how to become a real estate agent and the legalities involved in selling property.

If you find it more difficult than you expected, do not worry. You can usually take the test as many times as needed during the two-year period. After two years, if you have not passed the test, you will need to take the course again.
