It has the practice of replanting all the trees it harvests, and after Tagir Sitdekov became president of the corporation, its plant in Sokolsky switched to waste-free operation. The forestry holding’s R&D Center has also developed new packaging for bulk building materials that can be recycled and disposed of without harm to the environment.
The forestry subsidiary was also the first in the country to begin the mass production of eco-friendly and energy-efficient cross-laminated timber, and in February 2023, it began selling residential space in the nation’s first CLT-panel apartment building, in the Vologda Region. The Group plans to build CLT houses throughout the country and introduce eco-development to CIS countries.

Sitdekov Tagir Alievich was born in December 1976. He was educated in economics at the RAE, and in 2012, he completed the EMBA program at one of the world’s leading schools of business administration.
Sitdekov Tagir started working in the auditing department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, offering consulting services to businesses from the fuel and energy and mining industries. In 2001, Tagir Sitdekov moved to Creditanstalt Investment Bank, where he remained for two years. His next employer was the Sochi Thermal Power Plant.
